WebAfrica great netwok horrible client services!!!!!

Web africa was very helpful to arrange install from my house i sold to my new rental house before the lockdown.

Ill give credit there. BUT no support from there side for yhe last 3 days to get it activated!!!! Everything is in. There is just NO ONE that i can get hold off.R245 air time phoned out on just holding till the next availble person. No fb support over weekends, email support not getting back to me. Whatsapp line took 8hours!!!!!!! Till i chatted to someone then they keep redirecting me and start all over again.

Line speed fine.but client service!? Shocking. I thought they a 24/7 service provider and part of the essential services to help get everything online to be able to work from hom in this lock down??????
