Webafrica Good Bye after 20 years!!!

I have being a client of Webafrica for nearly 20 years and have now had enough of their incompetence and couldn't care less attitude!!! Today they suspended my account, after I paid my account in full yesterday! Their lapidated system will apparently only show my payment in 3 days time. They do not work in real time. Take it or leave it! I must just wait for 3 days they said on whatsapp conversation. Webafrica is totally user Unfriendly and would do nothing to solve the problem!!! That is why they get 15% rating on Hellopeter! To cancel with Webafrica is another nightmare because they can apparently not cancel my subscription while I am suspended? So I have moved over to Afrihost that got very good rating on Hellopeter!
