WEBAFRICA giving Fibre a bad name

Never ever use Webafrica, there is literally no communication, you wait hours for a response. They are literally holding my line hostage, after I cancelled their service, since I was without internet for a month. Now they decided to hold my line hostage, so no other ISP can activate my service. And no one can tell me when they plan to release the line, so I am now without internet for another month...if I am lucky.
