Webafrica gives poor service

I have been trying to communicate and downgrade my service with this Internet Service provider for weeks on end, every time I submit a request via their website they acknowledge my request and then close the ticket with no action taken. It really hurts me to resort to name and shame a company I thought would be a key player in the field, but WEBAFRICA you have failed as a service provider. Do not make use of this company of you expect good service.
