WEBAFRICA GIVE ME MY MONEY WORTH, OR MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!

Worst service ever it's been over a month, since I paid for connection, they promised 7 day installation, NEVER received a call, I had to phone them to secure installation, waited entire day that I was scheduled for installation, and no one showed up, no courtesy phone call, NOTHING!!! Spent the next week waiting for feedback after speaking to numerous agents via wats app, and no help, eventually after almost two weeks someone phoned me to secure an installation date, promised I will get email or message to confirm the schedule date we agreed on, and nothing yet again, today is supposed to be installation, I am trying wats app chat to confirm installation and the robot keeps saying someone will contact me but Nothing....so I am supposed to sit at home like an idiot waiting to get the service I paid in advance for...and the irony of it all is that on Thursday I got a message from webafrica saying that if I make payment they will upgrade me for free to higher speed...LIKE WHAT THE HELL, THESE PEOPLE TOOK MY R400, AND DIDNT ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AND THE R400 COVERS MY FIRST MONTH ONCE ACTIVATED, AND THEY GOT A NERVE TO WANT MORE MONEY....THIS IS ****************, AND APPARENTLY THERE IS NO ONE WE CAN COMPLAIN TO....
