Webafrica getting worst by the day

There service getting worst by the day, this month I struggle on the 1ste place 3 days to make a payment on my account and no one of there agents can even help me so I had to sort and get it right on my own so my wifi was back in but just the next day past 8 the night I received a message that they terminated my account and I need to put a order in to get active in 30 minutes so I did what they ask and after that now they expect me to make another payment just to get my wifi back on. A person is from the morning till the night on there platforms to chat or talk to them but get nowhere and expecting a person must pay another payment after you already paid and no one there can help you to get your wifi on, and you can't even look for a other provider cause they holding your account so other provider say there is already an order holding on your address so you can't go other or other provider to get better help or service.
