Webafrica - getting hold of them is impossible, useless aervice

Ordered a Fibre line, have bei g trying to get hold of the company as they have billed me already , but still am awaiting a router from them. The whatsapp service they offer is next to useless, iver 4 hours latter and still no one has bothered to contact me. Phone calls just get placed on hold. If this is hiw new clients are handled, then its sends a clear message to rather stay far away from them.
