Webafrica get your stuff together, not ayoba !!!

My colleague has been battling since the 6/1/2021 to get her internet connected. She has complained on Hellopeter, 2 people from Webafrica contacted her, asked her for proof of payment, which, since it is in their bank account, they should be able to trace, when she tries to email it to them it doesn't go through. This person is trying to make extra money to make ends meet, and Webafrica can't connect her. Yesterday she called them, they let het hold on for an hour.
