Webafrica Get your act togther

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Webafrica since the 1st of April. The whatsapp chat system is so frustrating and I am at my wits end. It takes forever to get an agen to respond, you have to repeat the whole long s**** everytime, they tell you that they need to refer you to another department and that department takes forever to respond. Eventually you have to leave and go to a meeting and you then have to try again the next day. I tried to call the Sales department, the one gentleman just cut me off, and the other lady tried to help was not able to. I have been using the Customer zone area on the website, but now the system will not accept anymore chats from me and I amstill no closer to resolving this matter!
