Webafrica frustrating payment service

I love the service I am getting from webafrica fast internet and excellent quality but their after service failed me so disappointed. I have been trying to pay my subscription using my card for two days now and the same error has occurred chat the the whatsapp helpline changes cards same error occurred the frustration is when the consultant advised my card must be set for online payment 3 cards all 3 not working o to add my husband is a banker so online banking we do. Can you guys please find a solution on your platform. As adviced I changed primary card didn't work, used different browser from Chrome to uc browser didn't work. Please can I get functional service
