WEBAFRICA FROGFOOT PATHETIC SERVICE

I wish I couldn't even add 1 star, they dont deserve it. Ive been a subscriber for over a year now and I never had so many problems with network off like with them. I mean, once in a while for a few minutes but every week for hours. My wife and I work online the whole day and If networks are off I have to buy a data bundle that cost me a lot of money which I dont get refunded for. YET, my subscription suddenly went up this month with 50%.......................... ***. Pathetic service yet a 50% increase. And not to speak about the useless non existing customer service and whats app help line.

DO NOT USE THESE SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE USELESS

IF YOU CALL THEM FOR A FAULT, THEY BLAME FROGFOOT, IF YOU CALL FROGFOOT, THEY BLAME WEBAFRICA YET WE AS END USERS SIT WITH THE ISSUE EVERY WEEK.
