I am paying for a 1000 up /1000 down fibre service since the start of my contract in MARCH 2022. I've NEVER received that speed - NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!! Been logging faults since then and every time the answer is the same - So sorry for that, let me escalate the fault. Then a few days later the fault is closed WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM. Then we start all over again. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!! NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE ELSE THAN THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WHATSAPP MESSAGE
