WebAfrica Free Router - Won't collect anymore.

After switching over from the LTE Rain to Fibre connection with WebAfrica, I recieved a R1999 debit from my account for the LTE Router. Remember when I ordered the product, that I had the option to pay for the router at retail price or they would collect it from me provided it was in good condition, only to now discover WebAfrica tells me that they no longer collect routers and I'll have to send it to them myself.

I have three issues with this:

1) There was no question asked about the router's return when I did the cancellation of the RAIN LTE. WebAfrica simply just waited and billed me. This is just pathetic sad money grabbing service. 2) How is it fair or legal that WebAfrica can opt to no longer collect "Free" routers and it is now at the clients expense? 3) As stated in the terms and conditions (Not sure when if or when it was updated to not collect routers anymore, but I do specifically remember reading "we'll collect the router") that I pay R1999 for the device. The retail price of a Huawei B315 is R1024 from TakeAlot.
