I’m soo disappointed with their service Firstly they sold me a package for R550 then after three months they started deducting R700,when taking upon their services I had asked the sales agent if this was not a promotion and if I would be paying R550 for the duration of the contract the agent agreed.

I called in to request my recording I was the told that I don’t not have a recording. I sent an email to complaints I haven’t received a response.

I’m really disgusted at their level of lies and *****.
