Webafrica forgot to connect us

Hello I am Mr A Ratheepaul I had my son X RATHEEPAUL upgrade our fibre to100mbs at home 358 crestbrook drive Brookdale phoenix 4068, he found R799 deal with webafrica but because we had existing fibre line we had to wait until 1st June for reconnection of the new fibre deal. My wife and I are retired but my son is paying for this deal..My son has informed that webafrica has taken his payment last week but now they can't connect the fibre....Eish guys this is not on man , how can you take payment and make us sukkel for the fibre....na na na please we just want to be connected it is frustrating to sit at home without internet when you used to it.....I am pleading to Webafrica sort it out please. If payment is done what's the problem now , you made us wait from the 25th without fibre now we can't get connected. Yohhhh eish aangaaaz.. bra help us...eish. Please ,,,help€¥$
