WEBAFRICA FIX THIS NOW!!!

I'm currently on @webafrica 10down and 10up Fibre... At best I get 5up(using Ethernet). Customer service have (refreshed the line)... Same speeds. The last month every 30 minutes my router disconnects and then connects again.. Why am I paying R740 for this ****!!!
