WEBAFRICA FIBRE NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!!!!
The poorest service I ever received. You can't contact support you have to send them a Whatsapp. They don't come back to you only the next day when you are at work and can not sort out your Fibre problem. So the next day when you get home you have to try again with no answer. Fibre signal has been poor the last month paying for something that hardly works. I won't recommend Webafrica to anyone.

01 Dec 2022, 20:41Once again today 01/12/2022 I eventually got hold of a agent from webafrica, he kept on telling me to do precisely the same as the previous agent did after I told him I have done this in the middle of the chat after he made me change all my settinga on my router abandoned the chat leaving all my setting changes and without a cennection. The agents name is Mmabatho ***. I have 10 ref numbers after it has been "escalated".
