Webafrica fibre mess

Webafrica gave me notice that maintenance will take place from 30 June 2023 for a 1 week period. What they did not tell me is that they will switch off the network in totality. As of today 8 July the service is still off. Logging a call is pointless, have done so twice a day since the start of the problem. Faults get cancelled within a day without the fault being corrected so it is never escalated. Nobody has even bothered to call or send me a message
