WEBAFRICA FIBRE AND SERVICE SUCK MAKE AN AD OUT OF THAT

I moved my Fibre service to webafrica as they were advertising 20/40 uncapped for less but it was the biggest mistake of my entire life. The speed is actually not workable at all. My daughter has not been able to use her tv since and I have now decided to move back to my old service provider I understand that I need to pay for 2 months but I want to move immediately and they will even pay the fee upfront but they will not release my line which means in order to work or my kids to complete school projects I need to go to a coffee shop.
