Webafrica fiber unauthorized debit

I was shopping for a fibre service provider and came across webafrica. However i never contracted with them due to their conditions as compared to other service providers. Unfortunately they already started to debit my account even though i never authorized or signed anything. They adviced me it was for the pro rata service and that it won't happen again the service has been canceled. Now this month again they tried to debit R50. When i contact them no one comes back to me its just bots taking me from pillar to post.
