These guys' service is beyond poor. The only commutation channel is through whats chat or messaging chat on their website. You will barely get an agent who knows what they are doing or cares to help you. My fiber has been out since Sunday, I reported the matter on Monday morning and it is Thursday mid-day and I haven't got a call as to when they will fix it. I am just bombarded with SMS and emails with updates as they have escalated. The latest update they said someone would call and to this day and time no call as yet. Save yourself stress and do not get their services.
