Webafrica Fiber downtime and solution

I tried to call the Webafrica call centre three times due to the outage on my fiber line and after hanging up after 10min, 8 min and 9 min respectively I tried the online chat and @Muammar Khan assisted me so well it was fixed in no time he even assisted with additional things!
