WEBAFRICA FIASCO
We have a Vuma connection which we wanted to migrate from Cell C. Nobody told us that this was a possibility. The technician installed Openserve anyway and said we will get the modem later. We are still waiting for the modem on the 6th of the month but they have already charged us for the full month and there is NOBODY we can talk to. They are useless.

07 Jul 2020, 15:28Most of our concerns have been met. We managed to contact real agents and they have solved our problems. It took a lot of trial and errors but finally we are connected and going well.
