After more than a month of signing up for fibre, things looked like they were finally getting done, fibre was installed and after a few days the router was delivered, but a common trend has started again, no contact or any support from their chat services, just redirected every single day without anyone bothering to contact me back in regards to the activation of my service, regret going with web Africa and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. No support whatsoever as if they themselves do not want you to join their service.
