Webafrica - false advertising

This is the worsted company I have ever dealt with. I've been on the phone with them for the past 90 mins from the agent to the sales team to the support and no one has a clue what's going on. I signed up with Webafrica in July and paid for my device to be delivered. I received my router within 7 days abut they cannot tell me when i will be connected. The catch is they signing up everyone and come Jan22 the prices go back to normal. Why does Webafrica advertise one year in advance with a special offer, knowingly they will only start supplying fibre to the client in 2022 when the normal price kicks in. Don't get caught.
