Webafrica false advertising

Now 2 months with Webafeica. Signed up for 10/10 meg 100gig fibre service at R399. Being informed it will rise with R100. Their contract allow it. I only get 3.2 - 4.6meg speed. Their contract cover it as well. So they can increase fees 25% while deliverinf only 45% service. There is a Whatsapp portal. If I pist a complain it tells me to upgrade from adsl to fibre. They are supplying fibre. Using facebook or messenger, u get answered - seniors will look at it - more than a week. They presented the debit order wrong to the bank and allehed I dont make provision for funds while the was more than enough. Im so frustrated but I think this is going to end in court. Who ever want their false advertising must think 2x.to believe. At speeds of only 3.2meg download even youtube slow down. Im not near the 100gig threshold. Im at 54gig max. Speeds are to low to get to my threshold. I switch to the more reliant vodacom. Should have sighed up with them for R46 more and would havebno regrets.
