Webafrica-False advertising

WARNING

Webafrica is conducting false advertising.

I signed up for a webafrica fibre account in 2021. The deal was FREE instillation and R399/ month. I am now getting charged R799. Furthermore, I get emails telling my my service has been upgraded for free, which is *******.

I have been trying to cancel my service for 3 weeks, but have been unsuccessful. Their only form of communication is literally via a chat bit on watsapp. Nobody answers the phone at enquiries, and sales says they cannot help with cancellations (but they answer the phone immediately-ready to sell you a false contract).
