Webafrica Fails to Deliver on their Promises

Paid for a year for 500/250Mbps fibre service. Was never happy with speed and connectivity, only to find out that I was provisioned with a 300/150Mbps service. Call it what you like, but seems like ***** to me. Gross misrepresentation at the very least. There is no-one to phone or email to sort the problem out - you are directed to a Bot driven WhatsApp line that fails to deliver. "Grab a cuppa" it tells me - wait and we'll message you on the platform. Still waiting........
