Webafrica fails in service delivery

Webafrica seems to have some of the best packages, but when it comes to service delivery, it is deeply disappointing.

No real contact details are available and it is extremely hard to get hold of anyone. The WhatsApp line is supposed to provide support, but revolves to nothing. One transfer to another.

I ordered a simple LTE package and initially ordered one that comes with a free router, just to find out that the package did not come with a free router. I then tried to order one, which one is not able to do without speaking to an agent. After endless calls and endless transfers, no assistance. After ordering another router from a different source, IT support is not available, and I still do not have internet access after 2 weeks paying for something that I am not getting.

Extremely frustrating and very disappointed that I chose them as a service provider.
