Webafrica failed me

I recently app**** for fibre via webafrica they said it takes 14 business days for installation. I have chatting with them via WhatsApp for feedback almost every second day.on the 27 I was told that i need to forward my proof of address and the previous day and that morning the agent I chat with just told me they are waiting for feedback from Frogfoot.I tested them the 28 which is my last day of the 14 business day, agent told they are still waiting for feedback I then told him that but the agent I chat with yesterday said Frogfoot said they need proof of address so how he doesn’t see..then I was told that they will get back to me in the week and check if my application with Frogfoot has progressed..I practically waited 14 working days for fibre to be installed..I was waited for nothing as agent from webafrica don’t check anything..their best answer is we are still waiting for feedback back.I am very disappointed and angry
