WebAfrica /Evotel Bad Service

My account was activated on the 28 Oct, they came to deliver and instal the device and and brought the router on the 30th, i havent had connection since. They keep escalating the fault and im getting no positive feedback, Its Day 6 of no connection. Im appalled by their service after paying for prorata for nothing. I just started with them and im already having a terrible experience with them
