Sadly I couldn't go further without giving this useless company a star, if it was up to me, I wouldn't give them anything. You cannot get hold of anyone, all you can do is speak to a robot. I've cancelled my subscription with this useless company, and still I can't get rid of them, as they havnt released my line to open serve for my new provider to take over. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SHOCKING...SERVICE DOESNT EXIST WITH THEM.
