Can you assist i am having issue with webafrica billing department, they keep on sending me link to pay on WhatsApp's chat but they don't debit anything on my account .since Thursday my account has been suspended and i cant make payment and i am getting different respond from the agent .the service is so pathetic.now i have been told that my account is cancelled and they transfer me tp provision department but , i am not getting any help
