Webafrica is threatening to hand over my account to debt collectors. They want to charge me for a service I cancelled as well as a router I have returned in September / October 2023 , and yet , they have not charged me for a service I have been using since October 2023.

Countless emails from my side , countless demands from their side , countless undertakings from their side , countless people from their side , they undertook to clear it up with management , and now they threaten to hand me over. 😔
