Webafrica - Downgrade 40/10mbps

I have opted for the 100/50 Mbps package @R799. I had this package for 2 days when I notified webafrica that it was not getting this speed and requested them to migrate my package to the 40/10Mbps @R529. I have also loaded this request on my webafrica profile. I also got in contact with 2 consultants they assured me that it will be downgraded within 48hrs. I am still waiting to be downgraded. Hell no will I pay for a 100/50mbps line if I dont even reach this speed. I started with this complain on the 3rd May 2022 reference no.***. On the 4th of May I dealt with Anele reference no. ***. Then again on the 5th May 2022 with Nakululeka and Michael reference no ***. Nakululeka told me on the 5th May 2022 that it takes 48hrs to downgrade to this package. Up until today still on the 100/50mbps package a speed that I dont ever get. Can Webafrica please downgrade me ASAP.
