Webafrica double deducts and doesnt return the money

I have been double deducted since the begining of the year with no explanation and no refund. And no resolution. Every "agent" keeps telling me they escalated the issue and will take 5 to 7 working days to resolve. But it never gets resolved. They dont care about the problem. Just keep adding 7 days.
