Webafrica - Double Billing and Bad Service

I have had the worse service ever from Webafrica as a result I have decided to cancel my subscription. Surely there must be something better out there than this pathetic service.

I asked for a transfer of devices from one address to the other. I was advised that the old device will be cancelled and I will recieve a new device. Within a couple of days I recieved the new vice.

Over month end i get billed for the cancelled device as well as for the new device. We are now in week three, the new device still has not been installed. The whatsapp service is as pathetic.
