This company is an impenetrable fortress. It is incapable of providing technical or administrative support. It's Customer Portal and Whatsap Chat are extremely unfriendly, unproductive and frustrating.

Ticket#***. REASONS FOR CANCELLATION: 1. You don't care. 2. Impossible to communicate with. 3. Very poor technical support. 4. Your only open door is sales. 5. Dashboard allows you to do all but cancel subscription. 6. You have too many customers to handle. 7. You make your money through canceled contracts and non-delivery for services paid.

Still waiting for confirmation of cancelation so I have stopped any payment. I live in Durban and the router can only be returned to Johannesburg or Cape Town. What gives? Waiting...
