WebAfrica - Don't waste your time

So this started a month ago, my fiber had been ordered on the 29th of July 2021 and with this followed a month of wrong installers from Vumatal and webafrica's horrific service

I have been shipped from pillar to post and then after all of this, today (03 August 2021) I get told I've been activated, amazing I think only to find an invoice of R1299.10 payable today for a services I have yet to receive, the installation is free according to the website and now for me to finally after almost 5k on data and having to pay for Rain to get me up and running I now have to deal with this?

I have been waiting for days for your "fast" whatsapp service for help and it never seems to be your fault, I will be looking into other IP's as WebAfrica have been not only unhelpful but disappointing as I've used them for years and have told people of their great service in the past for others to use them, if this is the service I can expect going forward I don't want it
