Webafrica dont play fair

I've been a loyal customer for 2 years, but recently my services is suspended due to ''non payment''. I call to find out why they said I did not pay, I sent them on multiple occasions Proofs of Payment, on all the times, payed them. They went to my account to deduct a double payment and always escalating my query with no results. Now I want to cancel my subscription, nut I must to do that also.
