Webafrica don't deliver

I signed up with Webafrica and paid the delivery fee on the 2nd of Feb 2023. Today is the 22nd and my connection has not been activated. They sent automated messages about following up with Vumatel the service provider in our area but we have not received a response. The service is shocking to say the least.
