WebAfrica don’t allow cancellations on their website

Serious case of buyer’s remorse. WebAfrica is just unreachable. Installation happened a week ago and still no service. Call center agents unable to say why. Spent 4 hours on the phone trying to sort it out with no joy. Deducted amount of money from my account in middle of month that I did not agree to and that is not the pro-rata amount for the end of the first month. Tried to cancel the service on their website but not allowed by the system to cancel. Took some screen grabs of attempts to cancel. Anybody with any advice how to get this lot out of my life?
