Webafrica doesn't want to refund me

Hi i would like to share my bad experience that is continuing now with webafrica agents. Last month on the 28th of August 2025, i have requested my refund of R439 until today, i've been making a follow up since then ,i've never received my money

The reason for this refund is, i have app**** for fibre installation and paid R439 to their account , however it turned out that they dont have fibre pole for signal and covarage to proceed, so i have cancelled installation due to that reason
