WebAfrica doesn't want to reconnect on their services it's been 2 day's now

Good day WebAfrica is doesn't care about their client's, as now they are running smooth they now don't care, yesterday I asked them to assist me on reconnecting their services in my house but their consultant will pass you to one another as like your a football and there's no help, even their call desk no one is answering. I'm so disappointed and I've already paid at Game store.
