WebAfrica doesn’t take people seriously
I app**** for a service with WebAfrica in January and paid R748. The router delivered on 22 January never worked despite multiple support attempts. On 1 February, R872 was debited from my account even though the service was never functional. After cancelling the service, I only received a R500 refund without explanation. I have attempted to resolve this directly with WebAfrica via WhatsApp and email, but my email has not been responded to. I am requesting a full explanation of the charges and a refund of the outstanding amount.
