Webafrica doesn’t deliver!

When I signed up for Octocel/ Webafrica 3 years ago I was told I would get a voip phone. After 3 years and many enquiries I still have no phone and have been told so many time that there is no voip lime on my account! Now when I trying to get reconnected the BOT says what are u calling about? Your fibre or VOIP? Unbelievable what sort of *********** business practices are happening at Octocel and Webafrica??
