Webafrica doesn't care about their customers all they want is money

On the 17th of August I paid my subscription of R399.00, Wifi was connected but with no internet I complained to them on their Facebook messenger it was fixed on the 1st of September,most if my apps were not working on both tv and on mobile phone, during that time I had to buy data so that I cintinue using my apps,now they don't want to compensate the days I didn't have internet on they say the system shows that I had connection yes their connection worked on WhatsApp only
