Webafrica doesnt care!

Guys please think twice before signing up with Webafrica for your internet. We got migrated from Bitco and these guys didn't close that account, then I find out I have three accounts running with them which made my internet slow. Now that we have cancelled them to run one I have been begging for internet and this morning I'm told it'll take up to 48h to fix the problem, a third 48 since last week...that's 144h that I must await for them to reconnect me. They just don't care.
