Webafrica DOES NOT WORK

Just installed the line, worked for the first day or so, now not working. Going on day 7, no service, no updates. Been sent from pillar to post. Can't get a refund and cancellation or the problem fixed. Spent a small fortune on data while the line is down. They just don't seem to care whatsoever.
