Webafrica does not care for clients

I have a office account useing Web Africa and Vumatel. We started experiencing problems with fibre on thursday 23rd of July. Log problem with Web Africa nothing happens eventually go hold of someone on Whatapp. "we will reset line" Only got response when cancelled the account. Till today problem not fixed my cost R2500 on LTE and counting. I will never deal with Web Africa again.
